Fees, Finance and General Information

Below is the general fee reference guide for programming and residency at the Cottages on Mountain Creek.* Specific program recommendations, eligible insurance coverage and financing options are discussed at the client’s initial consultation.

A portion of the programming can be submitted to insurance companies out-of-network.

Convenient Ways to Pay

We accept cash, check, credit card and debit card payment methods. We accept credit card payments on our website via our private online secured payment portal, or via Paypal. Once you are accepted into programming at The Cottages, you will receive payment instructions with access Save & Exit to online processing.

Please note: As psychiatrists are not employees of The Cottages on Mountain Creek, LLC., psychiatric sessions require separate payment.

Insurance Coverage & Claims

Our insurance billing team will assist in verifying your insurance benefits for coverage for therapeutic services offered through our residential treatment and day programs. Clinical therapies (group and individual) may be processed out-of-network depending on your coverage (Bright Path GPS (IOP and individual therapy). Both the IOP and Out-Patient Addiction program can be processed out-of-network.

We suggest that you contact your insurance company to determine your out-of-network benefits to determine eligibility. Our medical billing team will answer any financial questions you may have about costs not covered by your insurance.

Medicare/Medicaid

The Cottages on Mountain Creek is not a Medicare or Medicaid provider. However, medications administered during a stay along with medical services and therapies at The Cottages on Mountain Creek may be covered by these programs.

Bright Path Program, GPS is currently in the process of becoming credentialed by Medicare.
