In 1997, Scott Reynolds joined Province Consulting Group as a Researcher for senior housing and healthcare. In 2016, he joined the Cottages on Mountain Creek and Bright Path Program as the Director of Operations. Scott brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from working at Byers Engineering as a CAD Operator.

At the Cottages on Mountain Creek Scott oversees the CNA staff, our IT Department, and the physical plant. He manages all aspects of staffing and operations surrounding licensure, the Joint Commission, and initiates research geared towards competition and economic trends. Scott Reynolds received his Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He specializes in Behavioral Healthcare.
